A visit long overdue!
Well, Thanksgiving around here was not so happening. Tyler and Nate both had a nasty virus that sent me into a frenzy of cleaning toilets and wiping down all surfaces with clorox wipes. That was after I could shake the drowsy effects of Zyrtec that I am taking for all my sinus stuff. What a day. We still have so much to be thankful for in our lives. A place to live, work, and freely worship. Loving family, friends, and baby boy. It is just seems easier to do when you are feeling better which makes me incredibly thankful for our health.
Today made up for the funk of yesterday. Tyler woke up feeling better. Everyone was feeling better, everyone was eating, and the Hambricks were on their way.
We haven’t gotten to visit in waaaaaaaaaaay too long so it was a great but not long enough visit.
See you guys soon!
These are Nate’s new girlfriends. He was just in love.
Cold feet!
My feet are so cold every night that I have to get out of bed and put them in hot water or warm them up with my hair dryer! It is soooo annoying and I think annoying to Tyler. He probably wouldn’t say that but he bought me an early Christmas surprise. It’s these superly awesome warm but not so hot looking slippers. They do the trick. I even slept in them a little while the other night until I was warmed up.
Yes. I know you are thinking they look like Napoleon Dynamites moon shoes. I am cool with that bc my feet are so stinking warm right now.
They are the new Ugg.
Waffle House first timer…
We went to Waffle House last weekend for dinner one night. It was Nate’s first time! We picked a whole song list on the juke box (is it even called that anymore?) which of course included Bon Jovi. He had a couple bites of waffle but downed some scrambled eggs and raisin toast.
not sure what the face is about:)
What do we really know?
I have known about this throughout the campaign but wondered why our “unbiased” media hasn’t investigated it more. Take a look at this bloggers info on the birth certificate of our President Elect. It fired me up, made me a little nervous, and makes me want to know the truth.

Worth the ticket price…
We went to see Cold Play this week and it was an incredible concert. We had a such a great time. We almost didn’t go but bought tickets from a friend kind of last minute. Our seats were great but more than half way through the show the band left the stage and ran through the crowd. They came right up to a small square riser set up in our section and sang a couple of songs. We’re like best friends now we were so close. Worth every penny!
