It was my birthday?
It came and went so fast(not even a picture)! So many sweet calls, texts, cards, facebook message, a celebration at Moes, and a special afternoon with my husband. Thank you! I usually like to celebrate my bday from mid March to mid April. You know- spread it out and enjoy it but this year it was just here. I guess that is what happens when you have a baby. I haven’t even missed a drawn out celebration though. It was celebration enough to be able to have Baby Dedication on my bday! He has been the most incredible gift.

Holy smokes!!
Check out Tyler’s blog to see what happened in our neighborhood Friday night! It was crazy.
7 months and 4 days!
Nate turned 7 months on Saturday! It really doesn’t seem possible.
Nate’s 7 month top 7:
1. He has two bottom teeth and is working on some top ones.
2. He has discovered the squeal in full force and loves to use it!
3. He is rolling, scooting, and semi crawling (all over the place!!!).
4. Standing and holding on to anything (with help of course) is his new favorite activity.
5. He is 28 inches long and 17.4 lbs.
6. Eats like a champ- loves oatmeal, fruits, and veggies.
7. He gives the best hugs and slobbery kisses!
Easter
No. I was not swept away by the tornado and unable to blog. Although I kind of feel like it after Easter weekend. Good weekend but kind of crazy. So all over the place that I don’t even really have pictures. I just forgot and then it was over. It was a pretty amazing and moving Sunday though. Beautiful day of worship!
A good friend of ours took a couple pictures for us at church. Thanks Brian!
Don’t tell Nate but I put a bunny he already had in his Easter basket. He hadn’t played with it in a few days and was super excited to see it. Does he really need a new bunny? I don’t think so. I kept buying things all month saying it was for Easter but then giving it to him. I am such Johnny Jumpstart!
Happy late Easter and Spring!
Weather watch!
We had some crazy weather today! There was wind, hail, and tornadoes! We were lucky to not see a tornado but we did wait out some of the storm in our downstairs hall bathroom. We put Beas in the hall closet:) Hope everyone around is okay. I would love to know what was going on in Nate’s head during all this mess. He was pretty was amused seemed to have a good time!
Playing is hard work!
He will be playing so hard sometimes and then it is like he remembers that his tooth is hurting and just lay down. One has popped through and the other one is just about to do the same!
I don’t have a picture of the actual tooth smile yet but hopefully soon:)
Perspective
Blogging is pretty amazing. You can keep up with people that were once in your life that you might think of every now and then but you don’t keep in touch. People that you use to see on an almost daily basis and had no idea of what would be going on in their lives ten years down the road. People that you are still connected to because of mutual friends and because of your past experiences. Well, here are a couple of those people. Be prepared to change you perspective on the world that you are living in right now. You will be drawn to pray for them! Please do:)
Piano Man
This is an early Easter present from the grandparents and he LOVES it! Bangs, bangs, bangs on it and then sometimes decides to eat it. Sorry these are a little blurry but he was just playing so hard I couldn’t get one in focus:)
What paci?
Nate is teething (and on ear infection #4) so we have been covered in drool around here. He will turn down any teething toy for his pacifier. I found this monster size one for him the other day and he loves it. Who cares that it is as big as his head?
